How to Create Exchange Email Forward<\/p>\n

Note: Before you begin please ensure you are not using Google Chrome. Chrome is not compatible with this feature.
\n1. Click on the \u201cSettings icon\u201d
\na. Click\u2019 options<\/p>\n

2. Go to \u201cOrganize email\u201d
\na. Click\u2019 on plus sign<\/p>\n

b. Select \u201ccreate new rule for arriving messages\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

3.Create a name for your forward i.e. (Email Forward)<\/p>\n

a. Click drop down menu under \u201cwhen the messages arrives\u201d Select \u201cApply to all messages\u201d<\/p>\n

4. Then click \u201cMore Options\u201d<\/p>\n

5. Click on drop down \u201cdo the following\u201d the click \u201cForward, redirect, or send\u201d than select \u201cForward message to\u201d<\/p>\n

6. Then you will need to select the person you would like to forward your emails to. Click \u201cadd\u201d then click \u201cok\u201d<\/p>\n

7. The name of the recipient will appear next to the red arrow, ensure it is correct then click \u201csave\u201d<\/p>\n

8. When you receive this the following warning click \u201cyes\u201d<\/p>\n

9. You will also receive this pop up message. Check the box and click \u201cok\u201d<\/p>\n

Once you have completed these steps the forward should take effect instantly. I would suggest testing the forward to ensure it was set up correctly. If you would like to disable the forward you will need to uncheck the box next to the forward as shown below.<\/p>\n
